- Clubhouse ONLY (without pool): $200 Rental Fee/$500 Refundable Deposit
o Clubhouse rental hours are from 8 AM - 10 PM
- Pool ONLY: $200 Rental Fee/$1,000 Refundable Deposit

Pool Open Dates and Times
- Dates/Times: Memorial Day - Labor Day, Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM - 9 PM (CLOSED MONDAY, except holidays)
o Open weekends ONLY after school starts and the whole month of September
- Residents must have a key fob to access pool gate (can be picked up from VanMor, or mailed, after purchase of home)
- Splash Pad: April 1st - October 1st, 8 AM - 8 PM, 7 days a week
